With a passion for STEM outreach and STEM education, Hailey Lenn Gordon serves as the Executive Director of the STEM Pathways program at Boston University. The STEM Pathways Program aims to provide High School students in the city of Boston and BU’s undergraduate students unique access to Synthetic Biology research opportunities, mentorship, and professional development skills. Hailey serves as an academic and professional resource to her students by helping them make useful connections between their acquired research techniques and transferable and desirable workforce skills.
